At the top floor of the Conrad in the executive suite, a par-TAY is going on!
Well, right now, it's just JD. He's been there since last night, actually, because heck if it was reserved anyway someone should take advantage of it, roll around in the blankets, enjoy the bar, eat some of those pillow mints, and try not to think of what it would be like

She needs this distraction, she assures herself just before she knocks on the door.

He opens the door and nearly tackles her.
"Yay, Penny! You're here!" JD grins, pulling away almost as quick as he hugged her. "Come in! Check this place out! It's the best!"

Oddly enough? She doesn't miss it that much. Having money, that is.
"How long have you been reaping the benefits?" She says, giving him a teasing smile over her shoulder.

JD takes a seat on the bed, bouncing on it. "And it is. Really comfortable. Even the carpet is comfortable not that I slept there, but..."

After a moment, he knocks on the door, waits for JD to open it, and says without preamble, "Tell me you weren't just singing along to Journey?"

JD points at him, almost touching Nate's chest when he does so.
"Don't you dis Journey! They're like a god to me. What have they ever done to you?" His hand falls down by his side as he grins, brightly. "But no. I don't think they quite fit the mood for what we're going for... here."

They're small notes, folded so as to easily slip under a door. One is in a distressingly good forgery of the Doctor's handwriting, reading only Martha - I'm up in the Conrad, room 712; come see me as soon as you get this. It's important. - The Doctor, and the other two are in Martha's (forged) handwriting, bearing similar messages addressed to the Doctor and Des.
"Should be useful."

The notes make him squeal, a little (too much like a girl, but the narration won't bring that up).
"These are perfect." He, grinning like an idiot, glances over at Jack. "You're kind of amazing."
