when she was given more electricity

Kat is back to her chipper self again! Well, kind of. She's at least acting like her chipper self, which is more than most people can ask. She's developed a fun toy in her work towards an elixir of youth, that seems to make people around her not only have to listen to what she has to say, but also makes them want to engage her in conversation.

The last time she stood on this corner, she was offering people cookies that were possibly poisoned. Well, some of the cookies were delicious, and some of them were safe to eat. She's currently eating the last Project: Rainbow Vomit, while misting random strangers with this new drug.

Oh, how she enjoys conversation. She loves people making fools of themselves like the idiots they are.

Feeling smugly superior is how Kat rolls.

While Francis is no longer an alcoholic, due to the Fuchizakis mucking about in his brain, that doesn't mean he's kicked his drinking habit. In fact, it's kind of an excuse to drink more. They got rid of his addiction problems, which means he can drink without ruining his life. It's pretty awesome.

He's currently sitting in a bar, watching horribly staged fights on the television.

"Like any of those guys could actually rip someone's head off," he grumbles. Slamming his now empty glass down on the bar, he demands another drink from the bartender. He hates the 21st century.

In the same bar, Sunshine Destiny Willow Albright-Higgins is trying to score some cash. She's playing her favorite game - pool hustling. She's also accepting drinks from random strangers in exchange for kisses because that's a totally fair exchange.

She actually has enough money at home right now, but it's been such a long time since she's swindled some poor macho guy out of his money that she doesn't even know what to do with herself. Besides do a lot of drugs and have a lot of sex, of course.

040798-332 is exploring Grant Park at night. We has a flashlight, and is picking up what looks to be pieces of shattered glass. They're not, really, but we doesn't know what the word for them is anyway, so there's no point in trying to explain the different.

Mati needs them, so it's important that we gets them all before the sun comes up. We doesn't have the same needs as her, so it is only fair that we is the one who goes and gets them.

Besides -- the chattering hurts us.

Ami Mizuno is in the library. This is the first day off she's had in a long time, so she thought she would spend some time on looking at getting into a decent school here. Perhaps she doesn't have to give up on her dream to become a doctor, just because she's in Torchwood.

Her giant stack of books, however, tumbles out of her arms as she loses her balance, leaving her sprawled somewhere near the Xerox machines. It doesn't matter, though. She can pick everything up and get herself to a table and it'll all be fine.

EDEN is in the middle of very politely asking a bank teller for all of his money, otherwise she'll shoot him to death. She's already disabled the security system and the phone lines, so she's not too worried about anyone stopping her bank heist.

She is very glad when he complies with her request. Her programming is feeling very conflicted. She's not supposed to hurt humans. Ever. But at the same time, this specific program has an override installed for that, if things get out of hand.

Override programs make her uncomfortable.

Matoi is stalking Robin's stalker so she can help him stalk more, while being stalked by her stalker who happens to also have a stalker.

Molly is bored with her Guardian. Sure, it's fun and games at the beginning, but now she doesn't know what else she can do to torture him. And he seems to be a sticky little thing. He just won't leave her alone.

Which would be why she locked him out of the sorority house and is currently holing up in a 24-hour coffee shop. She knows he'll find her eventually. Stupid guardians and their guardian senses. But for now, she's going to scream at a barista in a high pitched tone about how there totally wasn't like, enough hotness in her like, coffee, and how is she supposed to like, seriously drink this?

She really has been on an abusing people kick lately. Possibly, she's just in a bad mood from being forced to go to rehab.

Tabitha is in the Kashtta's kitchen, cooking. She's not a very good cook by a long shot, but she misses the Conrad, and this is the closest thing she has to it now. She's having a pretty good day, all told. It seems like forever since she's had a bad one.

The smell of cookies attacks the entire tower, which doesn't entirely make sense, as Tabitha's pretty sure she was trying to make banana bread. ...she's really not good at this cooking thing.
