Unlike Vaughn, Tabitha has an umbrella. Her mother would have killed her if she'd left the house without an umbrella. And so she scampers up to him, holding her umbrella up, trying to shelter him from the rain.
"You'll catch a cold," she says with a sniffle. It feels nice, being able to tell someone else that for once.

Tabitha isn't thinking about the fact that sharing an umbrella with Vaughn is a lot more likely to get him sick than letting him walk around in the rain. Mostly because she wants someone to talk to, which is completely and utterly selfish, but it's not very often that she gets to meet people.
"What're you doing out in the rain?" she asks, honestly curious about a wandering Wanderer.

"I'm just walking," he tells her. "Sometimes you have to get outside, even when it's raining." He glances back at her. "What are you doing out in the rain?"

Somehow it's always the couches. "Trinity," he says, wandering up with his drink in hand. He closes one eye, listening to her belt the song for a few seconds before cutting in again. "Starting the night early?"
...Okay, not early. But she looks as though she might have had a few already.
