primary headquarters is located in Millennium Park, disguised as an innocuous corporate building for a company that manufactures, of all things, bubble wrap, which isn't that bad a front, all things considered. No one suspects bubble wrap.

She doesn't know why he came to mind when she was looking for help but she's glad he responded to her. She's not sure about bringing a bunch of trouble to his doorstep but if anyone can handle it, it might be Adam.
Reaching the headquarters, she glances over her shoulder before heading inside. Right away she spots Adam, giving a little smile as she walks towards him. "Hey." She looks around, studying her surroundings. "Nice place."

"The fruits of a good seven years' worth of labor," he smirks just slightly. That's the first time he's ever told anyone how long he's been in this universe. Not that it really matters, but it tends to put a damper on the conversation when people realize that someone's been stuck here for that long. Adam, however, isn't really concerned with going home. New worlds to conquer, after all.
"My office is on the sixth floor. We can talk there, if you'd prefer the privacy." He gestures towards the elevators, his smirk petering into a concerned frown again.

"Sure, that would be great." She turns, following him to the elevators.
As soon as they step on and the doors slide close, she reaches up to tug the wig from her head. As soon as the brown wig was gone, the blond curls bounced free. "Sorry for the new look. I'm being paranoid." She gave him a somewhat awkward smile, running her fingers through her hair.

He leans against the wall of the elevator, holding onto the handrails and watching as she removes the wig, tilting his head a bit to the side. "Well, there's something to be said about necessary paranoia. I hadn't realized it was quite so serious."
The elevator dings and the doors open and he steps out, holding the door for her. "It's just this way."
