When she opens her eyes, Ruvin isn't entirely sure that there's anyone there, after all. She pulls one of the buds out of her ear and squints at the spot where she thought she saw someone standing. "H...Hello?"

You just came thought that thing." He points behind her. "Don't touch it! Okay? Just... it's a rift that goes through time and space. It's taken you from where ever you came from to here--Chicago."
