This is too much. Too much. She barrels through the watchers, the gawkers, these disgusting creatures that purport to call themselves human beings, and attacks the ropes holding Raziel aloft.
"Monsters! Monsters! Why are you doing this? I hate you! I hate you! Leave us alone!"

Somehow, it doesn't cross her mind to get an adult. She can't let Ruvin run out there on her own. It would be too dangerous. So Dusty takes off after her. It's not hard to find the commotion, it's just at one of the intersections by Grant Park.
"Ruvin!" She races up, though not too fast (her wings are in), and grabs the rope above where Ruvin is hacking at it. "Hang on, you might hurt him!"

His strength alone has failed to free him from this indignity, and when he sees the two girls attempting to free him he ceases his struggles immediately. A clout from his cleft feet or claws could injure them severely and he isn't willing to risk that.
"While I appreciate your efforts, you're putting yourselves in grave danger," he says, voice low and fast. "Whoever these creatures are, they hunt among the parks and streets like a pack of dogs. You should not allow them to catch your scent."
