Martha Jones has spent the better part of the week at the Conrad hotel, as much as her house with a random smattering of people has become home to her, the Conrad will always hold a special place in her heart. He sees JD and wanders over. "Hello there, Mr. I Am A Kiwi," he says, smirking. Apparently he's feeling a bit like a wiseass at the moment.

He jumps out of his seat at the bar and waves at him. Still grinning, a bit like an idiot, but being tipsy does that to him (heck he's like that normally).
"Hey, Doc, my man! What are you doing here?"
Reply
"Hi there. Looking to see if they serve anything to eat around here. I can't actually drink alcohol, so the main allure of the place is lost on me." He glances around. "Though it is a nice-looking bar, I'll give them that."

JD settles himself back in his seat and pats the one next to him, picking up his drink to take a swig from it.
Not drunk just tipsy.
"C'mon, have a seat." He smiles. "How are you? Keeping yourself busy?"

Tay hesitates in the doorway, just on the edge of the pheromones' influence, feeling... just a tad less broken. Not enough for her to even notice yet, but a little.
Penny, don't mind the young girl in the doorway looking like she's debating whether to stay or flee for somewhere less populated. She won't bite (today).

She doesn't bite and she's not going to stare either. Just... wave slightly and say, "Hi!"
Before she returns to writing out pamphlet ideas, leaving it up to Tay whether or not she wants to enter any further.

"You were in the basement," she says after a moment. "One of the civilians."
One of the ones there when Romana Fell.

"Yes," she nods, setting the notebook aside. "My name is Penny."

The first thing she notices when she wanders through a certain sunroom is that she feels better suddenly, which is weird. It's a nice room and all, but it's not like she can blame it on the sunlight when she's been out in the sun all day.
It's enough to snap her out of her funk for the moment and call her attention to the fact that, hey, there's someone there.
"Um, hi," she says, giving an awkward little wave. Yeah, her people skills? Not the best right now.

"Hello," she says, setting the notebook at her side and tilting her head back against a tree. "I'm Penny. In... case you were wondering. Hi! Wanna sit? I'm trying to figure out what to put in this pamphlet, but I think I'm experiencing writer's block. Or maybe just... thought block. Anyway."

So she sits down and even manages to smile a little. "What're you trying to write about?"

Penny sighs, a little, and shakes her head with a little smile still playing across her lips, despite... well, everything. "Not... a good day when I found that out. I can tell you that. There were... car crashes."

He makes his way into the coffee shop. Nice, casual, getting his coffee and sitting down across the room from Dinah, watching her without appearing to.
He's got this thing about Angels of Death, lately. And if he can't have the one that knocked him out yet, well... There's another that'll do nicely.
