Diesel had bone cancer in his toe, and it apparently can spread really fast so they're removing his leg. We get to bring him home tonight, but feeling drained, even knowing it may have saved his life, I didn't expect a prolonged limp to turn into a life-threatening situation. It's very rare, as is our love for him. Gla...d his pain will be over and

I'm so sorry to hear this...poor litle guy. I hope he will be Ok now and have a long and healthy life. He's lucky to have you as 'parents' many people would have left it until it was too late or had him put down when they found out.
