Halloween seems to be the talk of the town at the moment, I suppose. Despite certain...unpleasant experiences, I had even so much as begun to grow fond of the holiday at home. In a place such as this, however, where monsters, and ghosts, even, are very real, I shudder to think of the possibilities. I shudder to think of these creatures at all. A holiday which invites the participation of such things could become very dangerous indeed.
My suspicions regarding the "Scientists" have still not been allayed, and I would be rather surprised if they were to ignore such a holiday, given their apparent fondness for the macabre. I do hope that this thought has occurred to some of you, and that you will proceed with the utmost care during your holiday celebrations.
...And, if I might inquire, there have been no further discoveries of...ah...anything disembodied around this city, I hope?
