CHOCOLATE, BANANA, GRAHAM CRACKER ICEBOX CAKE

Was on a bit of a baking kick recently and baked twice in one week.. First was a super-moist banana cake that I like to have handy in the fridge, because it makes a great snack as well as breakfast. Just cut off a slice, toast it up, and slather on lashings of salted butter - mmmm!!! Also fabulous with some creamy vanilla ice cream

I don't have one on the computer.. I just mix and match and it's all in my head! Try searching online though, I reckon there would be hundreds that are all really similar - it's super easy to make, and so yummy :)
