wow, that's just heartbreaking. to think that they are all alone together. I must say that their rooms do look nice, not that it really means anything if you are not loved by your parents.

Yeah, the rooms are so nice and bright, and I like the pink/white colours! Still though, nowhere near as great as having your parents :(

awww that's so cute! pretty roses too.

i think it's an orphona thing - about the toys. When my aunt when to bulgaria to adopt my cousin - he didn't know what to with it either - the teddy - and he isn't handicaped in any way - i just think its because they are used not having anything to play with it - and just sitting in that room. its sad but the orphonage my cousin was at (and i'm sure it's the same with the many orphonages all over the world) and he spend the first year of his life in there just sitting around. he even thought himself to walk by himself - nobody even thaught him. but he quickly adapted to his new life. luckily.

thats really a great thing you are doing! I'm sure those kids appreciate it!

Wow, that's so surprising yet sad all at the same time... I guess sitting in a room staring at the wall impedes a whole lotta learning for the kids :S So glad your cousin is in a great home now!!
