That IS expensive for just two dishes! From experience, when eating at Chinese seafood restaurants they show the fish or whatever seafood to guarantee freshness.

I know! Was not happy with the price....

Heh I wonder if some dodgy places swap the fish for another one when they're back in thekitchen ;)

They bring out the seafood while it's still alive to show you the freshness... cause after you nod your head ok, in less than 10 sec after it goes back into the kitchen it will be dead.

oh and the brand WAHAHA is/was actually joint ventured with the company I work for. I say was because there was something weird going on where during the day they'd make the scheduled quantity of product, but at night would secretly make more and sell it... like "counterfeit" food. I mean I can understand the counterfeit of handbags and the Rolex watches, but food?? ONLY in China!
