Best food post EVER! I think the blue cheese ice cream was the most unique sounding dish. Was it tart like blue cheese?

It wasn't tart at all.. but very smooth and light, but the walnuts and biscuit and honey was just AMAZING, such a lovely compliment to it. Sounds like a strange dish but it was just delish!
