I really loved this vulnerable Lex who is given a second chance to make good. He really was such an unlikeable person and fortunate that Clark had the capacity to love him despite it all. Lovely story. :-D

I really loved this fic.
I thought your descriptios were so vivid I could "see" Clark crying on Chloe's lap telling her "I never stopped loving him, Chloe."

This was a wonderfully romantic story proving that true love always wins in the end.
Totally awesome, wish it was longer...... :)

This is an utterly delightful story and I'm glad I found it again thanks to Val's rec. I enjoyed it just as much the second reading because of your lovely idea and brilliant writing. I loved the way that you used three of my favourite SV characters and the parts about them that I loved the most; the title is from one of my favourite Christmas hymns , too. Thank you.

You had me worried for a bit, I have to say. This was a really enjoyable story. I love that Lex fell in love (all over again) with Clark with absolutely no memory of his past, and that *John's* sweetness allowed Clark to remember why he'd fallen in love with Lex in the first place - years ago. I'm glad that Lex's horrible, destructive rampage on the world ended in such a happy, fulfilling way, too.

Thank you for taking the time to send me feedback. I'm glad you liked my story. It was fun to write, and an amnesiac Lex Luthor was very amenable. ;-) He did everything I asked of him.

And of course there had to be a happy ending. I'm a sucker for those.
