I have been away for a long time. I had cataract, and had to have it operated. So I will make an up date of what I have been up to Today I will show you some of my embroidery.

First pictures of my goldwork not quite finish, but close. I have mostly embroidered on this at historic markeds here in Denmark.

I really liked this embroidery. And I want to ask - where did you learn to embroider?

I started embroidering cross stitch as a child. For many years only embroidered occasionally. But after I made my Eleanor de Toledo dress i continunued doing more embroidery. I took a gold work course in Copenhagen, as I had no clue to the different materials in gold work and I would have to order them online. Most other technics I picked up from books and the Internet.

Thanks for the reply. You are wonderful embroidery. I also embroider, but since you do not know how I embroider. And there is no one to teach me. But some of the techniques of embroidery, I find on the Internet.
