Its...like...something to help keep track of people in the city. It's more like a registry, really. So we know who's here, and what sort of things they came with, and where they're from.

I'm sorry, I was unaware that there was a census. It has only been a few days since I've arrived to Discedo, and so I'm just taking everything in slowly it seems.
