Since I have nothing else to do it's the thirteenth division's job to take care of recon and things like that, I've followed Nell's example and made a list. It's one that Urahara-san asked Nemu to do before he left the City, and since Nemu's a little, um... not able to do it by herself, I offered to help. She helped me hack everything gather info on everyone, and don't worry Isane- she was in bed the whole time. Promise.
Anyways, this is basically a collection of information relating to those whom the arrancar have allied themselves with and whom they have associations with. Also included is a list of their enemies other than the shinigami.
It should be noted that those listed under the heading of "Ally or Possible Ally" may not have openly declared themselves as so, nor may the arrancar claim them as such, but it can be inferred from their conversations on the network that they have had associations, and the persons listed may have helped, or may help them sometime in the future. In all cases, anyone noted as an ally, potential or not, should be regarded with as much caution as you would with the arrancar themselves. They may be just as dangerous, or even more dangerous than the arrancar.

The Dandy/ The Millennium Organization: Acquaintance of Cirucci Thunderwitch. Linked to the Organization Millennium, who is quite keen on violence.
White/Pollution: Will, on request, formulate pestilences for Cirucci Thunderwitch and Zaera-Polo Grantz.
Raphael: Angel; acquaintance of Cirucci Thunderwitch. Has healed her and, um… other stuff.
Sir Integral Hellsing: Openly espoused the murder of Matsumoto Rangiku's child.
Hansel & Gretel: Acquaintances of Cirucci Thunderwitch and Grimmjow Jaggerjack. They seem to be children, but are very... off I'm not sure.
Kyle: Acquaintance of Cirucci Thunderwitch. Has healed her, and their conversations can be described as... Nemu says 'flirtatious.'
Vlad: Conversations with Cirucci Thunderwitch also 'flirtatious.' Why anyone would want to do that, I don't know...

Cain Nightlord: Acquaintance of Cirucci Thunderwitch. Calls her "Donnor Hexe," a translation of her last name in the human language 'German.' Possibly on good terms with Aizen Sousuke.
Colette: Was seen speaking with several arrancar. ... Then again, she was seen speaking with a lot of people in the same way, so connection may be... may not exist.
Alphons: Alphons is the human closest to Cirucci Thunderwitch and Grimmjow Jaggerjack. He will defend them, but also recognizes that the things they do are wrong. He has a... humanitarian thanks, Nemu feel to him, as if he would like to change them.
Mars: Very flirtatious with Cirucci Thunderwitch, but is often upset when she has done something wrong, or has killed someone. WHICH IS VERY OFTEN
Elena: Was seen conversing with the arrancar Di Roy. Wouldn't have put her down, but their conversations was full of this... weird innuendo that Nemu kept trying to explain to me, but I had to stop her, because we all know how Nemu is, and- Yeah.

Ingram Prisken: Conversations are markedly terse. ... I don't think the arrancar like him much.
Ahiru & Fakir: MUCH tension here, as Cirucci Thunderwitch killed Ahiru and injured Fakir.
Crowley: Acquaintance of Cirucci Thunderwitch. Routinely teases and hurts her. Someone should.
Zaheela: Killed by Cirucci Thunderwitch, who seems to hold some sort of sway over her, as she told her to heal the arrancar Di Roy. Look, if someone killed me, there's no way I would ever do anything for them.
Masaki: Almost killed by Cirucci Thunderwitch. That crazy bat. If I could, I'd asdhjlljk
Cobray Gordon: Both Aizen Sousuke and the arrancar are at odds with Cobray Gordon; the arrancar because he is harboring Inoue Orihime, whom the arrancar use for healing, and Aizen because... I don’t know.
The Red God/Xulchilbara: Placed a curse on Cirucci Thunderwitch after she murdered Matsumoto Rangiku and her child. At odds with Aizen Sousuke as well. 'M kinda stuck between cheering him on for that... and not.
Konoha ninja: As allies of the shinigami, they are pretty much automatically enemies with the arrancar.

[Nemu’s Report]
Nemu asked me to type this up for her, ah, cause she can’t type, so… here’s what she said, I told her she should rest more and not report yet but-
She left her apartment and was walking in the directions of the Xanadu gardens. She said she sensed Arrancar reiatsu, but by the time she knew they were coming close to her in particular the Sexta Espada had gotten in front of her and stabbed her, with his hand, in the gut. She tried to fire a kidou but he, nn, bit her wrist and flung her to the ground. The Privaron was just watching. She tried to retreat but then the Privaron got in her way. But when she tried to attack her, Nemu said the Privaron got really sick and fell down to throw up, serves her right. The Sexta Espada attacked again, and he disarmed her, used his zanpakutou and cut her. She said at this point she couldn’t run or move, and just lay there. She said it started to get fuzzy at this point though she said I began to lose consciousness.
Ah, but she’d like to add we should look into the sickness thing.
