Meet Our Dog!

So, if you don't follow me on Facebook, you might not know that we've gotten a dog! His name is Loki (pronounced "low-key") and we think he's a mix between a maltese and poodle with possibly a little havanese thrown in there. Whatever he is, he doesn't shed which is PERFECT for my allergies as I haven't sneezed or had an allergic reaction yet! On

I'm so sorry for randomly bugging you! But what CSS code did you edit to put a header image in this layout properly? I'm not very well-versed with CSS, and just started using this same layout.

Hey! Don't apologize :D I copied my css file, made it into a text file and uploaded it to megaupload for you. Here's the download link:

In the very first BODY{ block you'll see the background-image tag which is where my picture came from. I edited the picture in Photoshop so it faded to the background-color and it gives it kind of a seamless look. And no matter how wide the person's monitor is, it still works.

If you scroll down a little to the #content { tag, you'll see the margin-top tag. The 264px is how tall my background/header image is. You'll have to change it to match however tall your image will be.

So once you're done editing it how you like, just copy+paste it into the custom css field in the Livejournal layout customization place. I *think* that's it. If you have any questions, feel free to ask :)
