Am meeting up with my family after work at the restaurant (across the street, lol) for yummy Chinese food. The roundness of the full moon for the Mid-Autumn Festival symbolizes togetherness and family. Mmmm, cold cuts with marinated carrots...sweet and sour crispychicken...eggplants sauteed ( Read more... )

gluttony is a sin?, on the job(s), vanity me, on lj: going to the polls, i iz indisposed

We were under a wind warning and had gusts up to 60 mph! 75 mph up in Louisville. It was pretty awesome. Not to mention the downed trees and tree branches in my neighborhood haha! *sighs* It was almost like an EF-0 tornado, minus the rain, lightning, and thunder oh and the tornado sirens. *sobs* That's what makes the tornadoes so very special! :/

LOL. That's like saying, it's a sour and spicy sauce withou the sour...and the spicy... ;p
You should totally move to a more hurricane-prone state, you know that?

EXACTLY!

Nah, I'm kinda content where I am at. Besides if I am living in any sort of area with storms, it's going to be where tornadoes are most frequent. Probably in tornado alley, but anymore tornadoes are becoming more and more frequent in other areas.

Well where I live we always have high chances of severe weather and get it and we also get tornadoes, not quite as much or as powerful as tornado alley, but we still get them. So for right now I am content to stay here hahaha!

LOL. When you buy a house, instead of looking at how you can minimalize risk, you'll be tryin to find one with the best view of severe weather! :D
