Oh fall. I had forgotten how cold, how windy and how gray the weather in Montreal could get come September. Where art thou, sunshine? Someone here is having some seriously early winter blues. Le sigh. Thank goodness for good food, wonderful friends and financially unreasonable decisions future trips to look forward to. I don't know how I'd cope ( Read more... )

wanderlusting all over the place, gluttony is a sin?, irrepressible bouts of consumerism, fandom: merlin, +club: io sono milanista, fandom: sherlock, the weather outside is frightful, +footie: transfers and newbies

Their menu is very, very mouth-watering, is it not?

I must eventually eat at Juliette&Chocolat, and ohhh, what is this I see, a new location opened at the corner of St-Laurent'n'St-Arthur? My favourite place in Mtl~

It took me 25 minutes to pick an outfit to wear to work today. The whole time, my brain was going `Oh, if only you had X piece of clothing in your wardrobe...'

Oooh, I'd love to try another location! The one at Berri is always full and cramped. Ahem, choco date sometime soon, Camel? We could drag the Nanzzz out with us, too!

Oooh, a leather jacket...I'll have to add that to my ever-growing shopping list! :D

Yay, I'm happy to hear that! I was worried for a while that the postage would be wrong or that it'd get lost in international mail...glad that you like! ♥

Nice location, nice atmosphere, nice menu...Clearly, there needs to be more people eating out in Montreal!

Haha, exactly. Have you made up your mind about the grocery store job yet?

I FEAR THE SIREN'S SONG OF CUTE SKIRTS AND TURTLENECKS - there is some really smashing stuff out there BUT I NEED TO BE SAVING FOR MY MACBOOKPRO.

Luckily LUCKILY, Sherlock is MY WHOLE LIFE NOW UNTIL IT'S TAKEN OVER BY MERLIN this weekend.

You know what it is? The need for sandwiches. Colin, Benedict, and sandwiches. Filthy, kinky, mustard-covered, sandwich time.

Hungry, slightly.

My neck hates turtlenecks (turtles?), but yesss cute skirts, come to mama! *hides all her credit cards*

I HAVE READ SO MUCH FIC IN THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS, IT'S LIKE MY BRAIN IS ON PERMANENT SHERLOCK LOOPING. (Btw, thank you for the recs!) Said brain is also becoming very, very obsessed with the Cumberbatch. (Tennant...Smith..Cumberbatch...I sense a theme here, ahaha.)

OMG I WANT COLIN TO GUEST STAR ON SHERLOCK. OR BENEDICT ON MERLIN. I know how small the British telly circle is, so plleeeeeaaaase make it happen Beeb, please!

Surprisingly, filthy kinky mustard-covered fic does not fill up my physical stomach. Oh boo hoo. :(
