Very pretty..

Now that it is cooling down, I must pull out my knitting soon...

So many handicrafts.. so little time (but the dragon is first!!)

Knitting is good in any weather! Just don't knit big woollen blankets in midsummer. I'm currently working on a little cotton mp3 player case :)

I know the feeling... I have knitting and spinning and tatting projects on the go, and I want to learn lacemaking... but have no time...

I prefer to knit wool, so it is too warm for summer, so I will stick with my cross stitch for now. I have a mohair jumper started, so should add to that...

I would love to learn lace making - and tatting - and even went so far as to look up the costs of lace bobbins and things, but it may be something to consider when I am no longer working (in 30 years time???)

I have a book on bobbin lace that has instructions for how to make your own pillow. I just have to get around to actually doing it...

I love tatting. It's so simple and portable, and you cn make such pretty things :)

I can see why you don't wnt to knit in this weather if you're working on a mohair jumper! I usually knit and spin wool, but I do like other things too.

*grin* Thanks.

Kitty likes helping with the crafty stuff. Sitting on it, trying to eat it, batting at the needles, or just staring at it... She likes to help :)
