I love that ice cream, but my grocery store seems to have stopped carrying it. Not that I need to be eating more ice cream... And yeah, that article rings pretty true.

Clogs: They suit you, but that's not news.

Ice cream: Looks sophisticated, intriguing, & forbidden vis a vis my medical condition & need to avoid salt.

Article: Change begins with self-awareness, and you already have that.

I've only lived with compulsive eating, not lived it, but the article seems well-founded. One question seems to be "How can one shift perspective so the voids being filled by eating don't loom so large?"
