Crossover fic! Vala meets Vila! Smut ensues!

Mar 25, 2012 21:01

Preamble:
This ficlet has multiple points of origin.  Last year, for Fig's Crossover Alphabet Soup, I wrote a short letter-V fic crossing Vala Mal Doran with Vila Restal, of Blake's 7.  In the back of my head was the memory of a 'lonely prompt' from the fic_promptly comm.  The ficlet I wrote didn't actually fill the prompt . . . but it continued to ( Read more... )

I don't know Vila, but I certainly recognize sexy, insatiable Vala! :-)

Oh, and I cackled at this line: They were completely tangled with Vala’s - no surprise there, even his clothes knew a good opportunity when it presented itself -

Vila is the resident thief on the Blake's 7 crew. Depending on how you view him, he's either a bumbling idiot, or a very smart fellow who plays dumb a lot in hopes of staying out of trouble.

And I certainly hope that *I* would know a good opportunity when it presented itself!

Fic! \o/

Since, in irony worthy of the show itself I'm rather a wimpish reader of explicit shippiness - er, yes, but also crazy in my own way, hence the comm - I had to skip over the best part of this with one hand over my eyes, so I can leave few coherent comments, except that the last exchange was great. And I'm pretty sure from what I did see that nobody would ever be calling your smut lukewarm. :-D

And, yay, FIC. Vila Fic!!

*giggle* Actually, it's barely more explicit than your Avon/Soolin bit -- I'm terrible at writing outright porn and can rarely get beyond 'intensely suggestive'. The first paragraph was the most explicit passage.

The irony of you creating that comm is very apt.

 I glanced at the beginning and the end to see if I should risk it, earlier - and, heh, yes, they were way more pr0n-ish than the middle! You misled me; or my test failed... (I read the middle now; it was great.)

I like to be unpredictable. And ironic, obviously. :-)

*giggle* I'm very sneaky. I'm not, however, actually prudish; I just embarrass much more easily when I write than when I read.
