[Casimiro has been busy busy busy working, and buying presents for the handful of people he likes tolerates in Mayfield. On Christmas morning, just before the sun rises, he's left a bunch of questionably wrapped gifts upon several doorsteps.

[He had plucked the note off of the door in the early evening, having slept through Santa Casimiro's visit, but having received it now he will be heading to the other man's home, a carefully wrapped parcel under an arm. He didn't see what he had given the wife, thankfully, or else he would have some chiding to do. But for now he was slightly content, which was as content as he could be- but it was Christmas, after all.

Taking his time up the shoveled walkway, knocking twice when he got to the door, adjusting his scarf idly.]

[The door opens and out peeks Casimiro. At the sight of Finas, he grins and reaches forward to tug the other inside by the arm.]

Good, you got my note.

[He kicks the door shut with his heel and continues to drag Finas off to the living room. If possible, he seems more eager to take the lead than usual.]

The drone's asleep, so we've got some privacy at least.

[More eager indeed. He couldn't even take off his boots, which meant he was tracking snow through the house and that inwardly annoyed him because it would probably be a mess... which could have been avoided if Casimiro had any patience. ...Which he did not.]

Privacy for what, exactly?

[Rather curious, it has been awhile since he had taken part in any gift exchanges.]

[He relinquishes his hold on Finas' arm only to direct him to sit on the couch. He moves away only to collect his present for the other and takes a seat, all but shoving it eagerly at him.]

Don't get excited, it's nothing fancy. All these years and you're still pretty damn hard to shop for.

[Loathe as he was to it, inside that questionably-wrapped box was a book, but he figured Finas was an appreciator of those sorts of things. And Cas might have caught Finas mention the author he was fond of once or twice.]
