Beautiful. You make Mary Poppins as a Time Lord work, and still keep her in character. Rather than making this silly, you add depth and breadth and context. Bravo!

This awsome, truely awesome! I always thought Mary Poppins was a Time Lord, the first time I saw it as a small child, it was the carpet bag that convinced me! And I love the way you weave classic Who canon it seemlessly, including poor old forgotton Drax. I honestly think this is one of the best Who fics I've ever read.
