I cooked something! It took all day plus an hour and a half of the night post-kids-in-bed time, but I did it, I cooked! I made a chinese chicken salad to take to a potluck for my horseback riding class tomorrow. I had a bowl before bed. It was yummy. Almost yummy enough to make me consider cooking like this more often. But not quite. I hope
