I'm fine. [ Blink blink! Malcolm, what- ] I'm healed now. Don't worry 'bout it.

Didn't realize you'd been here so long.

[SHH, MOTHERING.] Over a year now. And it's good to know you've recovered. I can heat you something up to eat if you don't feel like coming out, if you need.

[polarisation]

[ NO COMPRENDE MOTHERING ] Over a year... Lucky us, huh?

I really don't. Or rather, I could try to do other things. But there's also certainly time enough to make sure you're fine.

[polarisation]

You should probably focus on the other stuff.

[ He's not hurt anymore, why do you still care? Malcolm hasn't even touched him! ]

I'm just trying to make sure you're fine. You did have a nasty cold and a broken leg, after all. I don't know how much work there really is for me to do, anyway. This place has been running itself just fine without my direct influence for a time.

[polarisation]

[ Sigh. ] If I come out, will you stop asking?

[tactical_alert]

You don't have to come out if you're not feeling up to it, of course. But if you don't, I'm going to end up knocking on your door and possibly barging in with a hot meal if you don't answer said door.

[ ... suddenly, Sefton is reminded of hot chocolate and a room at the end of the hall. He does quiet for a moment, then come the sounds of him shuffling out of his room before he turns off the comm. ]

[\o/ Victory is Malcolm's. To be perfectly honest, Sefton coming out does surprise him, a little. He expected the teenager to be sullen and surly until he got hungry and ventured out, so this is a nice change. He won't say anything at first when he sees the kid, just give a small smile and a nod.]

[polarisation]

[ Sefton crosses his arms, glowering in Malcolm's direction. Perhaps noticeable is the fact that his wings appear to have... disappeared into nowhere. ]

See, 'm fine. Happy now?

Would you like something to drink? I could boil some water, get some tea on. [Never stop mothering. The glowering doesn't deter him at all.]

No thanks. [ His eyes roll. ] I can do it myself if I want it.
