Oh, no. James T. Kirk, actually. When I'm "just" anything it's Captain or Admiral, but that doesn't hold a lot of meaning, here.

Not a lot of Time Lords kicking about back home. Even when there were, they tended to stay out of things. Most of them, anyway.
