Under normal circumstances, Christine would have rolled her eyes and pulled her Captain off the tree, but she was so high that all she could do was double over, clutch her stomach, and laugh.

Jim was having less fun. He loved this tree, he really did, and it was just being a tease. No boobs, no nothing. What did it want from him?

Almost hurt, Jim disentangled himself from it's branches and turned away. Fine. Two could play at that game.

Turning away he found his nurse, Chapel. And it made sense that she was there, laughing. It was just like being back on the Enterprise. If the Enterprise had ever had a beach. "Hello, nurse."

Jim tried to stride over to her, like he would back on the Enterprise. But failed because he was walking on sand. And was high. And there was a panda lying in his way. Damn those pandas.

"No, I don't think I will. She's a tart. A tree tart. Tarty tree. Treaty tart." He was sure one of those words wasn't a real word. But he was captain. He could make up any word he damn well chose to.

"Teasey tree!" He agreed, reach back for her. He hadn't held his senior nurse in a long time, he realised. Shocking behaviour for a Captain, actually. Nurses were made to be held.

Jim brightened considerably, like he was a lightbulb and the nurse in his arms was a battery. A really high powered battery. That was blonde and pretty and smiley. Yes. Just like that. "God, d'you think there are any more?"

He should see if he could hook her up to the Enterprise and help boost power sometime. They could use it to cook hot dogs.

"Dunno. Maybe we could check? Then you could have some and then you would eat them and be full. Yes, you should do this." She nodded seriously, turning to leave his arms.

"If there are hot dogs, why aren't there cold cats? Or did there used to be, and it got changed to cold cuts?"
