That is such a cute fic! So beautiful and so them!

I have to say though that I reallly wonder if this episode is set after the Byzantium for River. During the Byzantium, she said that she's earning her pardon by helping out on some missions, and in this episode, she earned it because the Doctor never existed. I'm thinking time has been rewritten and everything is different now (though for how long is the real question).

That's what I'm wondering as well. I'm wondering if the Byzantium happened at all for River or if it's now a dual memory like Amy's childhood is.

I like to believe that the Byzantium happened and River was working toward her pardon, but one day she woke up and some guards came to her cell and said they had no idea why she was in Stormcage because there was no record of her crimes/murder, so she was free to go. Or something like that. I'm not very good with the timey-wimey stuff.
