... Mt. Coronet seems to draw a lot of people to it. Stark Mountain less so, but I suppose an active volcano would keep most away.

You'll need a jacket at least, yes.

... The upper reaches of the mountain are snow-covered though, so you'll need to pack warmer for that. And watch out for Abomasnow.

If it gets to be too much, I've heard good things about Iron Island as well.

I recommend you pay a visit to Snowpoint City. It will likely mean you'll need to bring a jacket, but the snow makes it one of the most romantic places in Sinnoh.

I think I'd like to go there, actually. We don't get a lot of snow in Kanto.

You're in luck, then. Snowpoint usually lives up to its name year-round.

Getting there may prove difficult, however. I wouldn't recommend walking; the path is often hit with blizzards and heavy fog.
