i would just like to clarify that i'm currently living in the US! so i get my items about 7 business days after the order has been processed! assuming u're in SG, according to the site, it would take about 11 business days after order's processed? think you should give it about 2 weeks, the order shld def come by then! :)

Saw your review on asos and wanna ask you how you go about the returns and refund? Do you mind sharing? Did you ship them back from sg to UK and how much is the shipping cost? Thanks in advance if you can help me! :) I have a few pairs of jeans that turns out to be much bigger even though I follow their measurements and I am thinking of refunds.

heyy :) i would just like to clarify that i'm currently living in the US, so i'm not sure if the returns policy are the same as SG coz i have free shipping both ways in the US! I can't access the SG ASOS site so i can't help u check, but you shld definitely go to their website and read the details on returns!

For me, in the ASOS package i received, there was a paper detailing my order and a free return shipping label! i literally just packed the item i wanted to return into the same packaging (if u open the package like how it instructs u on the packaging, it even helps u to seal it up nicely!), and then just cancelled out all the labels that was on the initial packaging, and stuck the new return shipping label (the one they provided in the package) onto the packaging! i just dropped it off at the US mailbox and it got refunded!

Okay, i tried googling and reading forums, it seems that they might not have free worldwide return shipping anymore? :/ i'm really srry if that's true! D: you shld def go check out the website return policy though, just to be sure!

Hello! sorry don't mind if I interrupt? I recently returned something to ASOS (because they sent me the wrong item). They will refund you the cost of the item, but not the postage costs unless the item they sent you was defective or wrong

Oh and just to clarify for everybody, the CYBERMONDAYSPECIAL code does not work for SG, but currently there is a SUPER15 code you can use to get 15% off!
ASOS has free shipping worldwide, it takes max 10 working days for your parcel to reach you
For returns, the returns slip + mailing address is included in your parcel and you just have to return them with your item in the same resealable bag they use to send your item to you. However, you will have to pay the return postage which by Singpost reg mail to the UK will cost you about $12-14 I think, and there is no postage refund, only refund for the item. When ASOS receives your parcel, they will process the refund and inform you.

Hi babe, I would like to check if the ASOS Mini Skirt in Aztec Print - Print is elasticised at waist? :) I'm a UK4/6 but UK6 is no longer available on site. Was thinking if UK8 would be too loose! Please advise!

Hi! The ASOS mini skirt is indeed elasticised at waist! However, i think UK 8 might be a little loose if you're a UK4/6 and if you want to wear it at your waist. I'm a UK6 for bottoms and the skirt fits me nicely with the elastic band at the waist, and with no free returns in SG, i don't think you should buy something that doesn't fit! >< You should check the measurements on the site again just to be sure!
