Bad CS from Wonderstellar and MDS Collections

Don't know why I'm suddenly receiving bad CS from 2 merchants at the same time. Would appreciate comments and advice.

1. Wonderstellara. I placed a backorder for a necklace on 20 Jan 2015. Waited till early March - no news, so I sent a chaser. On 13 Mar, I received an email saying the backorder has arrived and mailed out on that day. Didn't ( Read more... )

Oh my! My advice is to actually go to their store for an exchange (make use of their physical store to confront them directly!)

I've once had a really bad experience of being sent a wrong item, was told to send it back, and was told that it never reached them. This was even worse than receiving a wrong/defective item because I paid for nothing!:(

MDS hasnt been quite fair anyway, did anyone even realize that if we return an apparel we purchased using a discount code, then return the item, we would only be issued a credit for the discounted amount we paid?

Rather fair.. Until you realize you can only use 1 discount code at a time for buying something and thus, forgo ANY other 10% discounts lol. I lose my money just like that! Havent been buying anything since and Im discouraging people from it lol

I think that the MDS customer service team doesn't really put much heart into their job. :( I ever received double package for an item I paid. The duplicated item came in later, weeks or months I can't exactly remember. Not that it was a loss on my part, but out of honesty I emailed them to inform them about receiving ANOTHER of the same item. They replied and told me they're just sending out the order they received, aka 'just doing their job'. Not verbatim, but you get the gist.

And I totally agree that lovebonito has one of the best CS around. I think this is attributed to the fact that they're still very much an online store, with the occasional pop-up and showcase. So, the business is very much customer oriented. :)
