Ohmy their reply is like WTH??? It seems like they expect you to understand 'their problems' instead of sincerely apologizing for the mistake made. Hope you'll get your parcel soon(: sorry this comment is not helping much but just felt so angry for you):
Gosh, usually I'm fine with blogshops missing out my orders and mailing them later if I'm not expecting my items urgently. But the reply from Smooch was horrible. It lacked sincerity and did not put themselves in their customers' shoes! Compared to LB's lovely pixies whom always go an extra mile in returning emails (although there may be a longer waiting time), whenever I thanked them for their excellent service, they will always reply me with a kind "Have a great week ahead." to end off the conversation! Smooch, in my opinion, was more concerned of your continuous support rather than your order at hand. They missed out on the priority and the apology was not even given to their delayed mailing! That's why I avoid shopping with Smooch no matter how pretty their designs are. Shopping online needs trust and I certainly do not trust their service. This is just my two cents worth. :/
I agree with you that online shopping needs trust and it seems just so difficult for them to reply my email or mail out my item yet they have the time for a new launch
Smooch's CS has always been one of the worse! But some of its designs are too pretty to resist. It's really up to one's luck whether they will screw up your order or not!
It was the same for my order too from the Broderie Anglaise collection, no news or sight of it for more than 2 weeks. Finally I received a reply from them 2 working days, after sending a chaser email on 3 Feb:
"we regret to inform you that a check was done and your order was not captured on our side even though a confirmation email was sent to you, this is a genuine technical error which we have been facing but this technical glitch will be resolved in a couple of weeks. a full refund has been credited back to your CC card which you had used to make for this payment and it will reflect on your card's transaction history after 3 working days. thank you!"
I've received the refund already, so I've decided to just let it pass. I'm guessing they will mail out your order since they've said they would ... it's just a matter of WHEN will they do so. >_>
They have already Missed out my order for 2 weeks, not mail it out for anther week lol.. Even though they knew they were Late .. Not sure when will they finally decide to mail it out ... Possibly when they feel like it from the looks of it ..
Not sure what level of customer service is this- not replying emails , not mailing out orders.
Isn't it a basic responsibility to mail out a paid customers order? :(
