I think I'm the unluckiest person that does online shopping. I ordered TVD's flutter sleeve tunic in blue and the tweed skirt on Tuesday. My items were shipped on Wednesday and I emailed TVD to get my tracking number. They replied me 6 hours later after they've shipped my items that my tunic was defected and it was the last piece. dunno whether to laugh or cry for you regarding the "congrats" part. blogshops need to be careful when using templates lol.

received a credit note from TSR recently for lost mail and the template read "we have received your return item", making me think that they actually did but i paused for a moment and realized it was unlikely to be possible and it was just their standard email, else they would have informed me.

also, i don't think its right for blogshops to give customers credit notes instead of refunds when there are defective pieces! :( not even our fault to begin with and we are "penalize" just for their convenience?

I know right! Argh, I read the credit note/voucher email first and I really thought I won something. Ended up there was something wrong with my order instead. :(

Oh man, if I were you I will email them to ask! Blogshops sometimes need some prompting through emails. You didn't send back via registered mail? I always do via reg as I scared it will be lost, moreover its the festive season!

Yeah, I should have gotten a full refund. I have to pay an additional $1.50 for reg post when I reordered the same blouse in a different colour. SIAN.
