Does Lollyrouge respond promptly to emails? I sent them an enquiry, no reply after 1 day.
Anyway, I returned my defect item to AE. Mailed out on Tue. They should have received it by Thu. No replies as of today after i dropped them an email yesterday.

You don't mean that they also refund the Registered Postage cost, just the return postage cost right?
I know the (former) postage cost is 'used up' already but can't help to feel a bit sian. Like waste $2.24 for nothing. :S
I have replied with my refund details.
According to PL's blog, her parents are helping to tend to AE while she's away and will launch as per normal.

when u purchased from AE for normal postage is free. When I return the item for exchange I send via reg postage and AE refund me the full reg postage costs.

No worries. I purchased via Registered but sent back Normal. I meant my Registered Postage cost being 'wasted' cos the item had to be returned.
And guess what, it's one week already and they sent 2 emails regarding the refund and i also replied 2 emails regarding the same but no refund in sight still. -__-
