harpes is spending the day with us because cortneyofeden needed to be gone for hours and hours today. I'm very happy to have her, because now zozoe has someone to chase, and I can get some rest. It's just exhausting to have to keep a young dog exercised and disciplined all day, and sometimes I just haven't got the energy

Maybe you'll be able to teach her to sleep on the bed, DJ. We've been trying and trying, but she doesn't quite get it. She loves to snuggle in bed, but she keeps thinking that when lights go out, she should go into her own bed. Silly girl.

Once in a while she'll stay where she belong (snuggled up in bed with the people), but it's usually only for a little bit. She's great at morning snuggles, however.

Just taking this opportunity to commiserate you on your new neighbours, who sound rather tiresome. I am hoping that they settle down, so that you may once again enjoy the peace of mind and snout to which you are accustomed.
