Turns out that jailbreak explosion combined with resurrection by residual lip DNA (go, Doctor Who science?) in End of Time resulted in a metacrisis. Somehow, the LucyMaster (you pick his/her sex/gender and what s/he looks like) meets the DoctorDonna. Maybe s/he escapes from UNIT custody by jumping universes?
