The metal of the robot's outside appearance started to shift its features into the Doctor's third body. There are so many things I love about it that I can't possibly name them all or I'd just recite the entire story again. But the three main ones are:
1. The fact that even as a robot, the Doctor manages to thwart the Master's plans somehow. When robot!Doctor overrided the programming I laughed so hard.
2. Awwwww the remnant cheetah kitty ears thing awwwwww
3. The ending, OMG it's perfect!
In short, anon, you are amazing and I love you for it and thank youuuuuuu!

Of course he had to override the programming. Since he was the computer, the Master's programming didn't stand a chance. XD
As to the cheetah virus... *cough* I've probably given myself away with that one, but hey. <3 I couldn't resist adding it.
Thanks for the comments, everyone! It's good to know you all enjoyed the ending, despite the angst!
