There are some differences but it's not too bad. The tricky thing was scrubbing my identifiable information to keep this unlinked from other social media searches because I'm weird like that.
It had a hiccup of going down shortly after the revival. But I haven't had too much trouble and there's even an app for it now so I can update off the lappy top.

Mine had my actual real life name and it had become at some point searchable because I logged out of google and searched for myself and LJ came up. That is not a good thing. So in the profile I just changed my real life name to my old nickname.
I don't have a dedicated email for this account, which I guess is another way it could be traceable. But I'm not as worried about that.
Know what's a horrifying thought? I started this LJ when our son was born 15 years ago. I don't want the kids finding this and reading it. They will need therapy.
