Yes, definitely sensed. In canon if another magic user shakes hands it can be felt. Yeah... Harry had fun with Sue. Rode her into battle. It was a blast.

I just thought of this too. As a wizard, Harry heals fully from any and all injuries he gets. For example, broken bones heal completely with no mark that there ever was one. Over lots of time of course. No idea if that is relevant, but I figured it was medical so I'd throw it out there.

Other: =D Tobias' entire existence was engineered by a higher power called the Ellimist. So I dunno if there'd be any evidence of tampering that Faust would be able to see. But basically, timelines were tweaked to make sure Tobias would be born exactly where, and how, he was. The entire timeline of his life, also, has been tweaked by the same being, to make sure he would do and become who the Ellimist needed him to be.

Well, yeah, being a hawk is something different, but that's more of an overall strange thing than an abnormality within the human boundaries. :|a I don't think Faust should be able to feel whatever is not directly involved with spirits and demons, but he would probably be able to tell Tobias isn't a pure human if he were to see him in a human form.
