Not so stupid Wilson Poll #3

Nov 06, 2009 11:30

New Wilson poll! This one's a bit more serious, and it's a matter I'm very interested in, so I really really REALLY hope that TPTB don't forget to keep up with this storyline.

Poll Do you think Wilson's brother will be mentioned this season? Doesn't look like it so far ( Read more... )

poll, wilson, house, wilson's brother

I know, right? It's obviously a huge deal for Wilson, so they should really mention it sometimes this season.

Drives me Nuts when they do that with plots- like parental-angst with Chase and suddenly when Daddy dies all those issues are gone? Or Wilson with his brother or with his depression. Just things that make you go, "what"?

And I don't necessarily want things to work out- as far as being neatly tied with a bow. I think that the relationship being still full of awkardness is one thing- but I think that getting some closure would be good.

I know, I would have loved to have more of that storyline too!

Same here, I want continuity and conclussion, something that makes sense as a story.

Thanks for the comment <3

I have a feeling that they may not say much about it, maybe just in a passing comment. Which makes me sad :(

Makes me sad too. I love the storyline and The Social Contract was excellent with it.

I would like Wilson to get the fairy tale ending with his brother, but having first hand knowledge of mental illness, I know that just isn't going to happen.

Neither will House have his happy ending. It just doesn't work that way.

This also could be just me being negative, but I don't think so. Wilson's brother will most likely go off his meds again once he evens out. Either because the meds took something away from him that he wants back, or because he is feeling better and decides he doesn't need them anymore. That is how it works in real life.

Yeah, same here :/

Huh? Isn't Wilson's brother in a psychiatric hospital like House was? Will the doctors let him leave if he doesn't take his meds? He has schyzophrenia after all, he's pretty detatched from reality.

....oh yeah, Wilson has a brother! lol. i keep forgetting about that story line. the writers haven't made it very memorable yet...still waiting for that plot-line to develop.

Aaaw I know, wish it will develop eventually

Well for me The Social Contract was memorable, but I get how maybe it wasn't so for others :(
