new comic releases?

hi everyone,

my friend's in Britain at the moment and she'll go to Forbidden Planet on saturday or tuesday and asked if there were comics I'd like her to bring. My question is - is there anything new out, Huntress/Birds of Prey related or otherwise that's worth reading? It's so difficult to get comics over here in Germany so this might be a good ( Read more... )

Ivory Madison's Huntress: Year One is a six-part miniseries with #6 released today. I've really enjoyed it and think it's pretty good. :)

IMO, Helena's role in the latest BoP storyline has been pretty limited so far. A conversation with Zinda, a one-page nabbing the bad guys, and just enough with Babs to let us know she's unhappy with the move. It's fairly 'meh' as far as Huntress, but interesting as far as Babs, Dinah, and Charlie.

thank you!! my friend already bought part 1-4 last month (she's over in Britain for a internship so she's been there for quiet a while and already got me a few comics before) but now I can ask her to get my 5 and 6 as well! Thanks for letting me know that 6 is out now, too!!

I haven't read the newest Birds of Prey yet but since Huntress is my favourite character I do hope she'll feature more again in upcoming issues!
