Need help with setting up a real blog

EDIT: I think I have it figured out thanks to you guys! I use Yahoo for my webhosting and it turns out Yahoo offers Wordpress and Moveable type to build my blog right on my domain for free! I'll start working on it! Thanks again!

Ha, yeah. It can all be pretty confusing, and I pretty much only know the very basics...the internets is hard work!
