Olympic Gold!
Yes! I did it! I met my Knitting Olympics goal and learned to knit socks in the process! Yes, I was going to make adult sized socks, but since I manged to screw them up like 7907880923 times and it was getting close to the deadline, I decided to make baby socks instead. I finished them up this morning, but didn't have a chance to take pictures until now...
Stats: I used this pattern and Shepherd 'Color 4 Me' superwash wool. I knit them on a size 3 32" Addi Turbo circs using the magic loop method. Sorry for the crap quality of the pics, it's kind of dark in here...
And for scale...just so you know, cats DO NOT like wearing socks...note the major sheddage...not pictured, Ripple biting the crap out of my hand which was holding him down for the picture...
