I'm afraid that while I've been to the library twice now, I haven't figured it out yet.

As for attending animal therapy, I think that if you let them know when entering of your "anger issues" then it would probably be alright. As long as you would not hurt any of the animals while there of course. If you have any thoughts or past history of harming an animal because of your "anger issues" then trying to attend animal therapy would be unadvisable.
