I think that part of it is snapping and that part of it is that he may be playing it up that Henry did it all. He did shoot himself at the very end. Perhaps he's hoping that no one will kill him after this because everyone will just want to see the end to the others. Henry is their key to his location. If Ana was willing to kill him, so would everyone else.
