Weekend Haul Week 41: What I got in India and Duty Free
When I found out that Rimmel is available in India, I promised myself that I'll look for the stuff there. Unfortunately, the mall we went to didn't have it. So I just got a bunch of stuff from one of my favorite drugstore brands, Maybelline. We also have Maybelline here in Manila, but we don't get all of the new releases here. I really don't get why we don't have the Color Tattoos. We live in a humid country, it's very easy to sweat away makeup especially when you don't use a primer. So the Color Tattoos with their long wearing formula will definitely be a hit! Why not make it available locally, Maybelline, why? Anyway, enough ranting, here's what I got from Pantaloons at the Phoenix Mall in Pune:
I got the Color Tattoo in Audacious Asphalt, Dream Touch Cream Blush in 05, Super Stay lipstick in Stay With Me Coral, Color Show nail polishes in Blueberry Ice and Crazy Berry. The very nice lady at the counter also gave me a free eyeshadow brush and a wallet. As far as I know, these stuff aren't available locally so I was very happy with my purchases. I'll review all of them individually so watch out for my posts! (The first photo was taken using a Canon EOS50D, arrrrggg I want one!).
Of course, a trip is not complete without a visit to Duty Free after getting back. My family and I went to Duty Free the day I got back and this was my mini haul from that trip:
All from MAC! MAC is cheaper in Duty Free so I always get something from the brand when I have the chance to shop. Last time, I got the MAC Mineralize Skin Finish in Soft and Gentle - review here. This time, I got an eyeshadow in Bronze and two lipsticks in Shy Girl and RazzleDazzler. Super, super excited to play with these, especially the lipsticks.
