I think anyone within an hour-ish of either border goes border-hopping on their 18th birthday, but personally, I've never seen what kind of allure alcohol has.

Yeah. I have had alcohol, and do like it, but I don't have all that often because my parents don't drink, and I don't care enough to buy my own.

For the people who get drunk every weekend or some shit, they are just idiots who think alcohol is required to have a good time.

Anyway, what are the chances on me being able to kidnap you tomorrow?

Pina coladas are delicious, I must say. god my tastes are too refined, how am I Canadian

Yeah, I already know too many of those people at the tender age of 14. It's kind of sad how much they're damaging themselves already.

I dunno. If you know where I live, I'd say quite high. :D

I like wines, and mixing stuff with coke. I really dislike the smell of beer, so I have no idea if I will ever try it therefore I am betraying my German heritage. Oh wait. Germans drink more wine than beer anyway.

I've known people like that since I was around 13. I have to imagine getting drunk nearly every weekend for six years is going to do some damage. :/

Oooh. That might be tough. Might be witnesses in the form of your parents.

Lol it's 19 here in Ontario too, but my friends mostly started drinking around 15 and I started (enjoying it, anyway) at 17.

Oh well. 19 is better than 21, right?

I didn't have alcohol until I turned 18, and that was in Alberta. Now every time I go to one of our family gathering, I drink because it's the only chance that I get. Which isn't very often.

Haven't gotten drunk yet, though. And I plan on keeping it that way.

I'm 20 and I still haven't gotten drunk, but I don't ever really are to. I prefer being pleasantly buzzed, and I'm cheap. :)

Being buzzed is nice. And from my experience with alcohol already, it takes enough as it is to get me buzzed.

I'd love it to be 19.

You silly Americans and your 21 years drinking age limit.

Oh well. In the UK, a 5 year old can drink alcohol if their parents give it to them.

Which is a little odd.

Something they picked up from Ireland, I'm sure.

Shit son. I just dissed two countries.

Probably.

Then again, most of Europe doesn't care if young people drink alcohol. Hell, some places (like Italy and Greece) don't have an age limit to buying alcohol. In stores, at least.
