Is there a place here or tumblr where you can leave your prompt to be adopted?

There is for Supernatural. At the beginning of month, spnkink_meme opens up for prompts to be offered up - but it's for Supernatural. There's also comment_fic. This happens every day. You just have to follow the topic for that day. I'm not sure about anything else that's out there. Hope this helps in some way.

I had forgotten about spnkink, I do have some for SPN now the hard part will be in which part they belong. Thank you, and it does help immensely :D

What fandoms are you wanting to drop prompts for?

I have some for HP, that I been collecting when they come to me. I also have a two for Merlin, and a few others for other fandoms. That, to be honest, I don't know if we have in common.

There is a Merlin newer kinkmeme that accepts prompts.
As for HP that's trickier - but there are so many fests that you could probably prompt there at some of those?
